Privacy policy

What we collect

When you submit our contact form (/contact), we collect: first name, last name, phone number, email address, city, and the free-text message you write us. We do not ask for, collect, or store payment information on this site.

When you visit any page on this site, our analytics processor (Google Analytics 4) collects standard web-analytics data: page views, referring URL, approximate geographic region (country / state / city), device type, browser, and anonymous interaction events (clicks on calls-to-action, scroll depth). GA4 uses cookies set in your browser; you can refuse these cookies through your browser's settings without losing access to any page on this site.

How we use it

We use contact-form submissions to respond to your inquiry — typically within one business day — and to schedule a free initial consultation. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your contact-form information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use analytics data to understand which pages visitors find useful, where the site needs improvement, and how to spend our time better. Analytics data is reviewed in aggregate; we do not attempt to re-identify individual visitors from analytics events.

Processors we use

• Resend — transactional email delivery. When you submit the contact form, the form payload is delivered to our team inbox via Resend (resend.com). Resend acts as a data processor under our direction; their privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Google Analytics 4 — web analytics. Google acts as a data processor for the analytics events described above; their privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare — site hosting and DNS. Cloudflare may log standard web-server data (IP address, request timestamp, user agent) for the operational and security reasons described in their privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Cookies

This site uses two cookie classes:

• Strictly necessary — none beyond what your browser sets to load the page.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 cookies (typically _ga, _ga_<container>, expiry up to two years). You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers beyond GA4.

Your rights and how to make a request

You can ask us to:

• show you what contact-form information we hold for you,
• correct that information,
• delete that information.

Send a request to info@kingslandscapedesign.com [confirm with Sean — canonical request-rights inbox] from the email address you used to submit the form, and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge for these requests.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact the address above and we will delete the record.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our processors or practices change. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent change; substantial changes will be summarized at the top of this page for at least sixty days.
